Volunteers Needed to Train School Kids In Red Cross Preparedness


The Red Cross is looking for volunteers to teach our Pillowcase Project curriculum in local schools for 3 – 5 grade kids. You’ll teach them how to make a kit, calm themselves during emergencies and emotional times, and how to enlist their family in making emergency plans. Many schools are coming up, so many instructors are needed.

Training will be as follows:

  • February 7th – Saturday 10:00 am – 12:00 noon

Note: Please complete Volunteer Connection Registration to become an American Red Cross Volunteer & the 2 hour online training before attending this training session PLEASE
